This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Veena Chromatic Tuner (the “Application”) for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Apple Silicon Mac (iPhone and iPad Apps on Mac). The Application was created by Magima Technologies. It is a musical instrument tuner that supports equal temperament, just intonation, and other systems.
This page is the privacy policy linked from the App Store, Google Play, and from About in the Application.
The Application does not create accounts. Magima Technologies does not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location.
Microphone. The Application requests microphone access only to analyse pitch on the device so you can tune. Audio is processed locally. Magima Technologies does not record, store, or upload microphone audio.
To support development and maintenance, the Application uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect information from your device to serve and measure advertisements. That processing is controlled by Google under Google’s policies. Magima Technologies does not receive AdMob data in a form that identifies you personally, and we do not use it except to show ads in the Application.

Some of this information may be linked to a device/advertising identifier and may be used for tracking as Apple defines it (combining data from this app with data from other companies’ apps or websites for advertising or ad measurement), if you allow tracking.

On iOS, iPadOS, and iPhone/iPad Apps on Mac, Apple requires App Tracking Transparency if the Application (or AdMob) uses the advertising identifier across apps.
You can also reset or limit the advertising identifier in system settings.
In the European Economic Area, UK, Switzerland, and other regions where required, Google may show a consent message (for example via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads. You can refuse personalized ads and still use the tuner. You can change ad privacy choices in system settings or, when available, from a privacy options entry in the Application.
On Android, Google may use the advertising ID under Google Play’s advertising ID policy. You can reset or opt out of ads personalization in device settings.
The Application is a music tuner for general audiences. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country) and is not a “Made for Kids” or designed-for-families children’s app.
The Application may contain links to other sites, including those in advertisements. Those sites are not operated by Magima Technologies. Review their privacy policies. Magima Technologies is not responsible for their content or practices.
The Application itself does not use cookies. Google AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies, including for personalized advertising when allowed.
The Application may store local preferences on your device (for example tuning system, theme, reference frequency) using on-device storage. That data stays on the device unless you uninstall the Application or clear app data.
